Good design is not only appealing for the eyes. It continues in the feel and comfort that is equally important in creating a complete experience. That is the essential idea behind this new series we have designed for BD-Möbel. In order to achieve this we have focused on the feeling of comfort and relaxation, and at the same time we have not made any compromises on the design and details.
Design is an individual concept that is often compared to previous experiences. We have used the long Scandinavian traditions in furniture design as inspiration. As a consequence of that the furniture will work well within all types of environments, classic or contemporary.
It is our wish that the furniture will continue to provide comfort and joy for many years to come.
Joakim works extensively in fields of object, concept and interior design. He is particularly interested in wood and working it in a modern way, while still honoring traditions. When designing furniture, he focuses on functional pieces for home and public space.

We put great effort into our
own innovations, not least
those concerning construction
of the frame and base.
This may not be visible to
the eye but it means so
much in the long run.
